11. Dosage and Administration The dosage of Moxikind CV varies depending on the severity of the infection and the patient's age and weight. Adult The usual adult dose is one 625-mg tablet of Moxikind-CV every 12 hours or one 375-mg tablet in every 8 hours. For more severe infections and infections of the Respiratory tract, the dose should be one 875-mg tablet every 12 hours or one 625-mg tablet every 8 hours. Pediatric 2-6 years (13-21 Kg) -5ml BID, 7-12 years (22-40 Kg) – 10ml BID Dosage of Moxikind CV Forte (DS) 2-6 years (13-21 kg) 7-12 years (22-40 kg) Mild to moderate infection 2.5ml BID 5ml BID Severe infection 5ml BID 10ml BID
