VARIOUS TOURIST ATTRACTION POINT IN MUBARAK MANDI PALACE

PINK HALL Pink hall which is also called as Gulabi Darbar Hall. It got the name because the wall of this palace is pink because it was made for Maharanis of Dev Dynasty. The back side of this hall there was a work of marble which had a great Inlay work. Now it was converted into museum called Dogra art museum.

GOL GHAR Gol Ghar had a circular dome like structure in it so it got the name Gol Ghar from it. It is located in the southern part of the complex. A part of it was damaged due to earthquake

DARBAR HALL Before 1925 when Maharaja Hari Singh move to Amar Singh palace {which is usually known as Hari Niwas palace} the sabhas was held in Darbar Hall of palace.

PERSONAL EXPERIENCE My experience in Mubarak Mandi palace was very good. It was great experience to see our culture and heritage but at the same time it was sad to see that the condition of the palace is not like our Maharaja’s has built. People’s of Jammu slowly forgetting their culture and heritage. If we want that our future generation see this termendous palace we need to protect the palace because our culture and heritage are deeply connect with this palace.

CONCLUSION So, by this visit we get to learn a lot of new things about Mubarak Mandi their culture and heritage and we have to protect that culture and heritage because that Palace is Jammu’s pride and we have to promote it as it was a good spot for Tourist Attraction. And at last we have protect and promote that Palace.
