Introduction Quality education is the collaboration work of staffs, students, researchers, & other organizations based on common interest & mutual benefits for the development of the community. It is one of the responsibilities of higher education. Its main objective is to organize staff and use the universities resource through a scientific & academic method. Plays a great role in solving different social, environmental, economical & political problems of society. Academic staff interact with students for practical education, research and community helps to facilitate the knowledge, skill & technology transfer.

It helps the community to believe on the institutions & creates strong collaboration for achieving policies, strategies & programs regarding Social & economical issues. However , quality education delivered by different institutions are not successful. It can be successful if there is a collaborative vision, participatory plan and sense of ownership. So, Preparing a strategic plan to provide a significant quality education for a ssuring the sustainable development of the society is crucial. Cont.

Mission Providing significant quality education based on the national focus areas and through prioritizing the problems of the community. Vision The University will be one of the best university from the third and fourth generation universities by 20 24 through delivering quality & problem solving education.

Situation Analysis A. SWOT The preparation of a strategic plan should be based on the analysis of internal & external situations around the institution. The internal situation analysis helps to identify the strength & weakness while external situation analysis comprises opportunities & threats.
