Characteristics of good presentation Well adapted to your audience Should be concise and focused on the topic Memorable (Audience can remember much of the content after a lot of time) They are motivating They contain graphics, images and facts in a such a way that they are easy to remember
Rules for Power point presentation 10, 20 & 30 rule: Power point presentation should have 10 slides, last no more than 20 minutes and contain font of 30 points. Rule of thumb is one slide every 2minutes . 6 by 6 rule: Power point presentation should include no more than 6 words per line and no more than 6 bullet points per slides.
