Course Description: This course, "The Teacher and the Community, School Culture, and Organizational Leadership," explores the multifaceted roles of teachers within the broader context of the community and the school as a cultural and organizational entity. Ethical and professional behavior for teachers within the community is examined, along with the principles of organizational leadership and the role of the school head in school-based management.
