2. 1.Problem Statement A study to evaluate effectiveness of planned teaching programme on knowledge regarding anemia among adolescent girls in a selected in school Ambikapur,surguja ( c.g .).

3. OBJECTIVE- To assess the prevalence of anemia among adolescent girls. To formulate planned teaching programme regarding anemia. To determine association between the pre test and post test score with selected socio demographic variables. To assess the effectiveness of planned teaching programme regarding anemia among adolescent girls.

4. 2.Problemstatement A study to evaluate the effectiveness of planned teaching programme on knowledge and practice in relation to prevention of home accident among mother of under five year children in selected rural area in Ambikapur,Surguja ,( c.g .).

5. Objectives- To assess the prevalence of home accident in selescted rural area in Ambikapur,surguja ,( c.g .). To assess the knowledge of home accident among mothers of under five year children. To formulate planned teaching programme on home accident among mothers of under five year children. To assess the effectiveness of planned teaching programme regarding knowledge of home accident among mother of under five year children.

To formulate information booklet to improve knowledge among postnatal mothers. To assess the effectiveness of information booklet regarding weaning among postnatal mothers.
