It has some positive aspects that anything regarding our studies can be obtained from it. Moreover, we can communicate with anyone far away from us through it. But , today most of people misuse it. And it has many negative influences on youth.

Bad effects: Over use of media can have negative effects on health. Increases level of depression and anxiety. Poor sleep cycle. Dissatisfaction with life style. Cyberbullying. FOMO ( Fear of missing out ) Mental disorder Time wastage

Solutions: Schedule specific time to use social media. Try to use technology only for positive purposes. Do not depend on social media for your happiness. Stop comparing yourself with others. Focus on your goal and purpose of your life. There is nothing good or bad in this world but thinking makes it so. Shakespeare So we should use technology and media for good.
