4. 1. Introduction A project proposal is a detailed description of a series of activities aimed at solving a certain problem. Generally, a project proposal contains a detailed presentation of the following: Project Justification (why the project) Project Goal and Objectives (what the project intends to achieve) 4

Access to quality education not only raises the well-being of individuals, but it also raises their human capital and capacity to acquire means for the satisfaction of other basic needs 9

Providing access to quality education to the children hailing from socially and economically vulnerable communities help in reducing inequality and a means for social and economic development . Enhancing access to education and the equality of opportunity for children to learn includes the physical environment that school facilities provide for learning and teaching. 10

11. Aim of proposed Project The aim of the proposed project is to construct a school building for School run by the organization. The building shall be constructed in the land purchased by the organization at Harhar district. The school shall have all facilities including adequate number of class rooms, laboratories and play ground. 11

12. c) Goal [Main goal ] To enhance access to equitable development opportunities for underprivileged children and enable them to pursue a productive and stable future . 12

13. c) Objectives To establish and maintain quality school facilities and a desirable . To enhance access to quality education to 400 children . To generate awareness about the benefits of education 13

14. d) Target Beneficiaries The target beneficiaries of the proposed project comprise 400 children in the age group of 5-18 years. The beneficiaries hail from economically weaker sections of the society . 14

15. e) Schedule plan: Mudug Construction Company will implement the project in the agreed 1 year. A summary of schedule plan is listed below: Buy land for school building and hire staff January 2024. Get license and government approval in February. Start the building construction 5 march 2024 Monitoring and evaluation on 30 March, June, September and December. 15

16. f) Outcome The main facilities of the school building completed and handed over for the beneficiaries or clients for acceptance. 16
