1. ADM IMPLEMENTATION PLAN thru Project RADIO (Reaching All, Diminishing Inactivity, Optimizing Learning)

2. GOAL: To provide accessible and equitable learning opportunities for all students, specially those affected by seasonal disruptions, reducing dropout rates and fostering continuous academic growth through radio-based and modular instruction.

3. OUTCOME: Increased retention of learners in remote and flood-prone areas. Improved academic performance among at-risk students. Enhanced engagement of parents and community in supporting learners’ education

4. OUTPUT: Radio-based lessons developed and broadcasted. Modules printed and distributed to students. Teacher training on effective use of radio and modules. Learning assessments conducted and analyzed. Parent orientation on supporting ADM.

5. CRITICAL ACTION: Conduct needs assessment to identify target and their challenges. Develop and produce radio-based lessons aligned with the curriculum. Print and distribute modules to students in remote areas. Train teachers on effective strategies for using radio and modules. Conduct regular monitoring and evaluation of the program’s impact. Home visitation for at-risk learners.
