2. It was strengthen the implementation of IEDC PIED was formulated to need the special needs of children PIED was a joint venture of MHRD and the UNCEF

3. OBJECTIVES The project was launched in Madhya Pradesh, Maharashtra, Orissa, Nagaland, Tamil Nadu Provision for special teaching learning aids & equipments based on functional assessment

4. AIMS Composite area approach for planning of educational facilities for children with disabilities Major aim of the project was to bring all disabled children to general school

5. CONCLUSION Continous monitoring of progress of the children in the projected area Utilization of available structure from other sectors like health,welfare,women ,& child development to support rehabilitation centers
