Psychoanalytic Sigmund fruied was the founder of psychodynamic approach. This school of thought emphasizes the influence of the unconscious mind on behavior. Freud believed that the human mind was composed of three elements. The Id The Ego The Supper Ego

What is school of thoughts ? A school of thought is a collection or group of people who share common characteristics of onion or outlook of an idea. A particular way of thinking. A perspective, a viewpoint or certain way of interpreting a discipline's subject matter that has become widely credible.

The ID The id is the part of the personality we are born with. It is the demanding part of the infant is all want and demands to be satisfied. The id is in the incisions a baby knows what it wants, but unconsciously the id works on the pleasure principle Pleasure oriented and selfish. Driven by pleasure. Insatiable instincts present from birth

The EGO The ego is the rational part of the personality. It works on realty principles an tries to obtain for the id what the id wants. The ego is the part of the personality that works out how to satisfy the person. The ego develops from the age of about 18 months. Rational driven by the realty principle. Balances conflicting demands of the id and superego.

The Super EGO The Super Ego develop during the phallic stage, at around four years of age. The super ego works on the morality principle. The superego is made up of the conscience given to individuals by their parents and by society indicating what is right and wrong, and the ego ideal. The ego ideal is the idea people have of what they should be like again given bye parents and society the super ego is the you can’t have part of the personality.
