1. ARMY PUBLIC SCHOOL, UDHAMPUR “ A parent-teacher meeting allows the parents to get a good idea of how to best communicate with the teacher, how their child is doing academically and how to best help their child continue to be successful in the classroom.”

2. POINTS FOR PTM REMEDIAL CLASSES – Classes will be held for students who have not performed well from 26 th Dec to 30 th Dec2023. Time table for the same will be shared in the respective class groups. WINTER VACATIONS – School will observe winter vacations for students from 26 th Dec 2023 to 07 th Jan 2024. FINAL EXAMS - Tentative date for the final exams is 23 rd Feb 2023. Parents are requested to plan accordingly. REVISION SCHEDULE - To prepare them well for final exams, students will be provided with a proper revision schedule for all the subjects in the month of Jan 2024.

3. Few more Points f or PTM 🔹 PUNCTUALITY Parents are requested to make sure that their wards are punctual to school. The importance of punctuality, if taught to the children at a young age, will help them in the long run. 🔹 PROPER SCHOOL UNIFORM Student’s uniform should be proper. Gloves, mufflers, caps, everything should be related to the school uniform. 🔹 LUNCH BOX Lunch box (Tiffin) should be healthy. When feasible, use glass or metal containers instead of plastic tiffin. Avoid using aluminium foil. 🔹 ABOUT LEAVE This is for the info of the Parents that maximum 4 or 5 days of leave can be sanctioned. Long leave should be avoided for the betterment of the child. Apart from this, leave will not be sanctioned. Parents are requested to plan their holidays according to the vacation schedule given in the school calendar.

It will prepare our youth to meet the diverse national and global challenges of the present and the future. Many changes are proposed under the new National Education Policy 2020. Among these, 5+3+3+4 curriculum structure is prominent.
