3. WHAT IF a Qalqalah letter does NOT have a sukoon, but it comes at the end of an Ayah or you stop on it? Examples: When we stop on a letter, we do NOT say the harakah. We treat the letter as if it has a Sukoon. Vibrate the last letters in these examples:
