Radical Feminism It deals with racism, male hierarchy system etc. Have view that women should themselves go against sex discrimination. Gender-blind/neutral approach: Radical Feminism admits that there are dissimilarities between men and women, and society should change to value those dissimilarities instead of devaluing the “feminine.” Emphasize the differences between women and men. If sex differences are natural then the roots of patriarchy lie within the male sex itself: men are the enemy.
Pros Improved entrance and equality to education . Conscious in using words. " He" as a pronoun . Self respect and self love. Promoted relationship equality. Women are directly engaged in gaining their own rights of equality. Evaluating and then breaking down old gender roles in relationships. In the long run, Women's Liberation will sequentially free the men -- but in the short run it's going to cost men a lot of honor securitization, which no one gives up willingly or straightforwardly.
Cons It was only for short term and were beneficial for short period. Made to eradicate root cause of male dominant hierarchy system. ( In reality …. ? Ex. Since from birth females are psychologically made to bound with pink or red colors ). ‘we don’t care’ attitude creates a strong front of women to move towards a more liberalized life. But what about small babies and child who are totally dependent only on mothers …. ?
Is this Radical Feminism or new seed of gender violence ? – Think about it.
Conclusion Radical Feminism should not spread seeds of new gender conflict. It should moreover focus on bringing win-win situation among all the gender parties.
