INTRODUCTION This recipe is traditional in Colombian cuisine and is used in family gatherings . There are different ways to prepare for it´s ingredients . Today I will explain one of these .
RICE WITH MILK Number of servings (8-10)
UTENSILS 1 cauldron with lid capacity for 3 liters 1 grater Kitchen knife 1 small spoon 1 table spoon 1 cutting board 1 measuring cup 3 bowl Stove Phosphors
INGREDIENTS 3 cups of water 2 cups rice 1 tablespoon ground cinnamon 1 liter of milk 1 can of condensed milk 1/4 pound raisins Half teaspoon clove Sugar to taste Salt to taste 1/4 pound grated coconut 8 ounces of cheese
RICE WITH MILK PREPARATION
COOKING Cook in a cauldron over high heat 3 cups water Add the clove Add 2 cups of rice Before boiling add 1 liter of milk, approx. 20 minutes. Add and a can of condensed Stir slowly Continue cooking 5 minutes approximately Add sugar and salt to taste Add 50 grams of coconut Rest Preparation .
SERVING THE PLATE Rice With Milk
Serving size: 125 grams Maximum . Deep dish 8 Base plate 8 Table spoons 8 Ladle
Serving : Select the serving with the spoon the quantity to serve Place the portions on each plate Add the grated coconut by sprinkling it on the plate Add the scattered cheese Add tears of raisins.
The end RICE WITH MILK The dish can be served hot, cold or room temperature .
