Academic Skills Teaching & mentoring experience: Guiding students in lab experiments, providing instructions, and offerings feedback. Assessment & evaluation skills: Helping instructors evaluate student performance in lab settings. 3

REQUIRED SUPPORT 6 Time constraints With limited time to teach complicated subjects, it is difficult to ensure that pupils understand the information. CONCLUSION Summary of experience: As a ‘Lab Assistant’, I received hands-on experience with lab equipment, improved my teaching and mentoring abilities, and learnt to troubleshoot technical issues. Key takeaways: In a fast-paced lap atmosphere, I realized how important excellent communication, time management, and adaptability are. Future directions: I hope to continue honing my skills and knowledge, investing new technologies, and taking on additional duties to improve the lab experience. 7
