Realist Objectives The Pupil • Realism is a philosophy that believes that object exist independent of mind •There is a pluralism of objectives by various sectors and at various levels of formal education •The attainment of the “good life”, the task in schools is to transcribe the good life • an organism with highly developed brain, superior to others •Four principles comprises the essence of the human self; appetitive; self determination, self-realization; and self-integration
