Malik has to make his option choices soon and there are a number of subjects he really wants to do but he can’t make up his mind. He keeps thinking about what he should so do and changes his mind constantly. The deadline for options is coming up and he is really worried about making the wrong choice. ‹#› Scenario - what could Malik do to reduce his stress?

Focus - make a list of questions to ask teachers about options. Play - take on a new activity that is not related to options. Connect - talk to teachers, parents and a Careers Adviser. Physical - go for a run and focus on that. Alone - stop talking to friends about options, that makes it confusing. Down - Let his mind wander and just be. Sleep - develop a routine which prepares for a good night’s sleep. ‹#› Scenario
