Higher authority role boosting morale of school staff. constructing, repairing, and improving school facilities. contributing in labor, materials, land and funds. recruiting and supporting teachers. making decisions about school locations and schedules. Role of trainers Trainings should be conducted to train the teachers in such away that they should be prepared to face the challenges of 21 st century in this way quality education in school will increase enrollment. Latest techniques and strategies should be introduced to teachers 12 July 2016 12
Parents role preparing children’s readiness for schooling by providing them with adequate nutrition and stimuli for their knowledge. Help in studying their young children at home follow the progress of their own children talking with teachers and school leaders advocate at the school, district. Role of Community Members cooperate with school leaders to identify the variables they can influence which can make a difference in students enrollment. support and promote the improvement agenda of the schools and district . Collaboration of stakeholders When schools, districts, parents and community groups collaborate and align their efforts around student achievement, more students will succeed and public education will be at its best and obviously enrollment will be increased.
