8. Role of students in eradicating illiteracy: Students play a very important role in eradicating illiteracy. Firstly, students are the main players in the fight against eradicating illiteracy. Students should take an active role in literacy campaigns. They can teach the illiterate   to read and write. Role of students in different welfare works: Students should be enthusiastic about opening blood donation camps, founding gymnasiums, blind schools, health centers, libraries, etc. Such enterprises benefit a large number of people, and help in maintaining the society in a good condition. Students, urged by the spirit of social welfare, can arrange for charity shows to raise the necessary funds. Students should be more involved in welfare activities as they serve for community. You can never hope for successful country if there are no educated people and policy for better education. Students who learn today, they will work for future of country. In future they are the pillar of public sector (government sector) and in private sector and country also depends on them. Role of students in society 11

Role of students in protecting environment: Students understand the need for protecting environment and they are prepared to fight against the contamination of atmosphere as todays student is tomorrow's citizen. Students need to promote the plantation in surrounding areas. They should help the government and non-government organization in preventing pollution from the society by actively participating in programs and by giving the information of those who pollutes the environment. 13. Role of students in eradication of drugs: Students should immediately report suspected drug use to the school, college, university administration. Early detection of drug use can enable the administration to deal decisively and effectively with a drug problem before it escalates. Students should also report any suspicious person. We meet many social problems during our life as our government issue who increase the price of everything day by day and the student is the only power who have a mind of sympathy and want to do anything well for the society. Students can make an organization that help the needy people of the society, senior citizens and the people who are disable and not able to earn their bread.
