2. Noon sakin & Tanween Noon sakin & Tanween Iqlaab Idhgaam Ijhaar Ikhfa 1 3 2 4 With Ghunnah Without Ghunnah

3. 1. Iqlaab If a Noon sakin or tanween is followed by the letter ب , then nook sakin or tanween replaced م with a ghunnah . This changes is generally shown by a tiny م above the noon or tanween .

6. Literal meaning: To merge something into something else. The rule: If after Nûn As- Sakinah or Tanween comes any of the Idghaam letters, you will merge the Nûn Sakinah or Tanween into the letter . Letters of Idghaam : ( يَرْمَلُون ) ي , ر , م , ل , و , ن 2. Idhgam ( اِدْغَامْ ) 2 With ghunnah Without ghunnah ي و م ن ر ل

7. If a noon sakin or tanween is followed by any of those letters ي و م ن grouped as يَنْمُوْ , then merge the noon sakin or tanween with the following letter with a ghunnah . Practice: Idhgaam with gunanh Non saakin tanween Letters مَنْ يَّشَاء لِقَوْمٍ يَّعْقِلُوْنَ ي مِنْ وَّلِيٍّ اِلَهٌ وَّاحِدٌ و مِنْ مَّاءٍ عَذَابٌ مُّهِيْنٌ م مِنْ نِّعْمَةٍ شَيْئٍ نَّحْنُ ن

8. Idhgam without gunnah Noon sakin Tanween Letters مِنْ رَّبِّكُمْ غَفُوْرٌ رَّحِيْمٌ ر مَنْ لَّمْ يَوْمٌ لَّا ل If a noon sakin or tanween is followed by any of two letters ر ل , then merge the noon sakin or tanween with the following letter without a ghunnah . Practice
