Sarah Reed's Corridor Project t at St. Ann's - 9.29.2025

Over $400,000 worth of improvements were made to the 100-year-old school building during the Summer of 2025 as we celebrate its Centennial Anniversary. We have now made $1,200,000 of improvements to this historic building built in 1925 since the Summer of 2022.

This has made the building a more desirable learning place for the children in the Pulaski-Lighthouse Neighborhood here on Erie's East side of the city.

$119,713 Interior Corridor, Flooring and Stairwell Improvements:
Remove old, torn carpeting from the 1

and 2

floors, as well as the carpeting along the walls; install
beadboard along the interior 1

and 2
nd
floor corridors and paint the hallways; install new carpeting
throughout the 1
st
and 2
nd
floor hallways, offices and conference room; install new vinyl flooring in the
stairwells and replace old, broken stair tiles with new rubber tiles.
