Mission statement of schools A school To build a school which is a great place of learning for coming generations. The teaching process will be made more interesting to maximize pupil participation. From where the children passing out are able to reach their goal. Where cultural context is inculcated in the education the reduce the gap between the educated community and school environment. Where links are kept with parents. Where priority and respect are being given to teachers and students.
Mission statement of schools B School To build a school where “the pupils will be given education and training, which is better than the environment they come from” The pupils will learn to become good citizens . Children will be given importance and respect. The quality of education will be improved through better teachers and better teaching aids. Each and every school should prepare mission statement with the collaboration of staff members and school council.

Is your department has set school objectives? What areas should a set of school objectives cover under your administration? T o what extent would you say the objectives are comprehensive and clear?
Some comments about pupil’s need Some objectives should take into account the needs of the peoples, the staff, the community and the nation. Pupils, needs include the desire for a complete education that prepares them for the world of work; strengthen their abilities regarding problem solving and to learn independently the provision of co curricular activities and opportunities for them to enjoy and learn about their cultural heritage. Pupil need opportunities to develop leadership qualities and inter-personal skills within a culture of tolerance.

School Ethics Most school have traditions for efficiency, effectiveness and quality, which are reflected in the pupils’ behaveiour , discipline or the school mission. Parents often choose a particular school because of their belief in its ethos as reflected in the teachers’ attitude of pupils, the teachers skills in developing relationships with pupils and general evidence that good relationships prosper. As a school head can you suggest some other aspects? The following are indentified as factors associated with a good school ethos.
