The graph shows 100% Transition Rate since out of 67 pupils enrolled in Grade 4 in the previous year, the same number of pupils enrolled in the current year. This is through enrolment campaign, home visitation and strong partnership with stakeholders. TRANSITION RATE

The graph shows 100% Transition Rate since out of 53 pupils enrolled in Grade 6 in the previous year, the same number of pupils enrolled in the current year. This is through enrolment campaign, home visitation and strong partnership with stakeholders. TRANSITION RATE

The graph shows 94% Completion Rate. All pupils from Kindergarten continue schooling until Grade 6. There is a high completion rate because of the best practices made by the school such as enrolment campaign, home visitation, strong partnership with the stakeholders COMPLETION RATE

It shows the 100% Graduation Rate since all Grade 6 completers enrolled in Grade 7 this year. The data is shown on the community mapping and on constant monitoring and follow up to the parents. GRADUATION RATE

The graph shows 94% Cohort Survival Rate. From 68 pupils, 64 of them reach Grade 6 this school year (50 pupils enrolled in Magpatao Es while 14 of them transferred to other schools). There are 3 repeaters. The other 1 is no longer in school due to transfer of residence and family problem. COHORT SURVIVAL Necessary action done: - The teachers visited the child but he is with his father who worked in other places to earn a living.

There is a 3% Repetition Rate as shown. From 389 pupils, 12 of them repeated on the same grade level. Teachers’ intervention include home visitation and teachers’ follow up to the parents on their child’s scholastic performance. REPETITION RATE

The graph shows 100% Retention Rate. Best practices include enrolment campaign, home visitation, strong partnership with the stakeholders. There are also pupils who transferred in from another schools that helped increased the school’s enrolment. RETENTION RATE

It shows above the 0.25% Dropout Rate in school this current school year. This is due to the death of a Grade 5 female pupil, who was diagnosed with aplastic anemia. DROPOUT RATE

It shows 97% Promotion Rate. Of the 389 enrollees from the previous school year, 377 promoted for this school year 2019-2020. Though the promotion rate is high but there are still pupils who were retained from their grade level due to absenteeism, illness and low performance in school that resulted to their failure. PROMOTION RATE

The graph shows 0% School Leaver Rate. Although there are repeaters but just a small percent of the total enrolment. Best practices done in school are enrolment campaign, home visitation and strong partnership with the stakeholders. SCHOOL LEAVER

Average MPS - Mean Percentage Score/Learning Area (third quarter examination S.Y. 2019-2020) The graph shows that during the Third Quarter of S.Y. 2019-2020 MTB gets the highest Average MPS and Mathematics gets the lowest Average MPS.

Competencies Covered for the First to Third Quarter From the data above, all competencies are covered for the Third Quarter. It means that there were no disturbances of classes for this period.

Meanwhile, Instructional Level which has a record of 58 pupils during the Pretest goes up to 74 pupils. Also, Independent Level goes up from 55 pupils to 77 pupils. However, there is 1 non-reader in the school.

Best practices include reading programs and projects imposed by the school like Project DEAR, Spelling of the Day, Phil- Iri , Project CNR, LRMDS/CNR room and Library to always monitor the reading level of the children. However, there is 1 pupil non-reader. The adviser and the subject teachers helped the child to be able to read but sadly he has a very low comprehension. The child shows sign of mental problem as seen in his bodily movement and speech. The teacher called the attention of the parents regarding the child’s problem.

Monitoring Failures by Learning Area Based on the data there are 4 failures during the Third Quarter of this school year. 3 from Grade 1 and 1 from Grade 5.
