Mantra yoga Mantra is the cosmic consciousness manifested as a sound Mantras are not just mare words, they are specific sound vibrating patterns which are experienced by the sages in their deepest state of meditation. Mantra is that which protects us by repeated pactice . Mantra yoga is attainment of samadhi through Mantras.
When followed properly protects body and mind. When practiced with full concentration it bestows energy. Practiced with good concentration leads to realization . Mantra yoga

Kundalini yoga Kundalini means coild up. It is a form of energy situated in Muladhara chakra in the form of 3 1/2 Coild sleeping sarpent. When it is awakened and moves through sushumna and reaches Sahatrara chakra the person gets liberated. Kundalini can be awakened by yogic practices like asana, pranayama, Bhanda and Mudra. The practitioner of kundalini yoga concentrate on Chakras in the body. Chakras are energy centers.
Kundalini yoga There are 7 chakras in our body . 1) Muladhara chakra Situated at the base of spine. Symbolised by 4 petelled lotus. Inside yellow squre with circle, represent Pritvi tattva, function of this tattva is gandha or smell. Bijamantra of this chakra is lam. It is associated with Brahmagranthi. Contemplation on this chakra one conqers death, gets steadiness of mind. when it opens one gets the knowledge of kundalini, he gets Draduli siddhi, and all sins gets destroyed.
Kundalini yoga 2)Swadistana chakra Situated two fingers above the muladhara chakra. It is symbolised by six petelled lotus. A cresent moon shape inside the circle. Associated with Ap tattva/ water element. Function of this tattva is rasa or taste. Bijamantra of this chakra is vam. Concentration on this conqure over Ap tattva, wins arishadvarga, gets knowledge of astronomy
3) Manipura chakra Situated at navel, nabhi sthana. It is symbolised by 10 petelled lotus. Traingle shape mandala. Associated with Agni tattva, function of this tattva is form or rupa. Bijamantra of this chakra is ram. When it opens one gets illuminating qualities, no fear of fire ans all diseases will destroy. Kundalini yoga
Kundalini yoga 4) Anahata Chakra Situated at heart region. Symbolysed by 12 petelled lotus. Associated with Vayu tattva, function of this tattva is sparsha. Bijamantra is yam Associated with vishnu granthi. Contemplating on this gets control over vayu tattva, can hear the sound of Brahma, can fly in air, walk on water, can enter others body, gets sattvic qualities.
Kundalini yoga 5)Vishuddhi chakra Situated at throat region. Symbolised by 16 petelled lotus. It is associated with Akasha tattva, function of this tattva is shabda. Bijamantra is hum. Concentrating on this, soul will gets purified, gets the knowledge of 4 vedas, becomes trikalajnani.
Kundalini yoga 6) Ajna chakra Situated between the eyebrows. Known as third eye. Also called as Mukta triveni. Symbolised by 2 petelled lotus. Contemplating on this gets control over manas, destroys past life's karma, both positive and negetive, so one can become liberated, gets realisation.
Kundalini yoga 7) Sahastrara chakra Situated at the top of head. Symbolised by thousand petelled lotus, leading to eternal, supreme exixtence. When kundalini reaches here one will get all knowledge. Experiences supreme bliss. Gets liberated.
