Self- Study: Do self- study asking set of questions such as; Who am I? Where I have come from? Where am I going? What is stopping me? How will I get there? What will I need to get there? What will it be like when I get there? The answers of all these questions tell you about your inner self. Understanding your inner self you can improve upon your self- motivation level using appropriate methods.
Work in a team: Always try to work in successful teams. Experience of working with others would help you to know yourself and others. D iscuss and share every thing related to work with team members. Always Praise, Appreciation, Recognition and Respect from fellow team members. Team members always support, criticize and motivated each other. Team members also provided valuable feedback to modify the behavior naturally.
Decide Vision: Craft your own vision and fix up the milestones with reference to time. Vision keeps you motivated, encouraged and energized. It guides you to take relevant decisions in uncertainty. Resemble the high caliber, high profile and great people who help to achieve your vision. Study more about them and try to adopt their life style in your life.
