metastasis.TheSREBP-2playinosteoclastformationa
function,andinbreastcancermetastasis.
SREBP-2wasalsofoundtobehighlyexpressedinbreast
cancertissuesandcorrelatedwithapoorprognosis.
SREBP-2inhibitionisapotentialtherapeuticapproachfor
breastcancerpatientswithosteolyticbonelesions.
SREBP-2playsacriticalroleinregulating
osteoclastogenesisandcontributestobreastcancer-
inducedosteolysis.

TheSREBP-2canbeconsideredasatherapeuticand
preventivemethodinthefuturetoavoidthemetastasisof
breastcancerinthebone
Accordingtotheresultsobtainedfromtheinvestigation,it
canbeshownthatthemainhypothesisisnotcorrect
becauseitwasvisualizedthattheeffectofSREBP-2is
contrarytowhatwasexpected.
