done after chanting of omkar with
appropriate biija mantra, with the
corresponding name of sun god in
a sequential manner
◦This mantra stimulates the nerve
centers in the brain corresponding to
the respiratory, circulatory, digestive
systems making them more efficient.

The asana session coupled with
vinyasa and dhristi with mantra
dedicated to pathajali muni.
