Upon submitting documentation, they will be temporarily enrolled. Help learners who are aged beyond their current grade level take the placement exam. Assign teachers to do home visits and school mapping to look for pupils who aren't in school. In order to secure School Form 10 documents for transferees, various advisers should collaborate with the LIS coordinator by submitting requests by messenger, mailing, phone calls, referrals, and in-person interactions. Participate in the barangay assembly, meetings, and other events held by the barangay officials to learn about enrollment and to encourage the children of school age to attend classes. Seek assistance of the barangay officials and other barangay personnel to assist parents in securing birth certificate. To assist parents in securing a birth certificate, approach the barangay officials and other barangay staff for assistance.

SIGUINAN ELEMENTARY SCHOOL FY 2023 (SECOND QUARTER)

Quick Wins Due to collaborative effort of the entire school personnel and community and actively participation and support of the GPTA, our school was able to successfully complete the mandated projects, programs, and other activities as stipulated by the Department of Education. Best Practices 1. Design and implementation of a secure environment that addresses the physical and emotional necessities of pupils.  2. Providing teacher trainings, in-service opportunities, and coaching to help teachers keep pace with innovative instructional methods and encourage teachers to address all learning styles. 3. Offers Remedial Classes for learners who have temporarily fallen behind in their studies or who need a short-term learning assistance. When learning or attendance challenges are encountered, remedial classes should be initiated right away to prevent students from falling permanently behind in their academics.

SIGUINAN ELEMENTARY SCHOOL FY 2023 (SECOND QUARTER)

Major Difficulties Actions Taken or to be Taken The physical distance or the geographical locations of the learners to school that hampers some of the learners to attend the classes regularly especially on rainy days. Modular mode of learning were used or modules were distributed for those affected learners.
