Skill Enhancement Activity Guidelines for Students Guidelines to strengthen learning through practical, outcome-based activities designed by faculty at the end of each unit.
SEA Implementation Overview Faculty has designed the Skill Enhancement Activities (SEA) after each unit to promote experiential learning. Activities apply unit concepts practically. Focus on hands-on learning and skill acquisition. Encourage critical thinking and creativity.
Objectives of Skill Enhancement Activities Reinforce theory through practical application. Promote critical thinking, problem-solving, creativity. Ensure skill acquisition aligned with learning outcomes. Enhance student engagement and collaboration.
SEA Implementation Guidelines Divide students into groups of 4-5 after each unit. Faculty will propose the relevant activities like simulations, experiments, surveys, mini-projects as per the subject requirement. 3. Activities must be outcome-based and mapped to unit outcomes. 4. Students document and reflect via report submission. Activities assigned in class; submissions allowed before next activity . Faculty conduct group presentations at semester end.
Assessment Guidelines for SEA Total Marks: 8 per subject (30-mark internal courses). Component: Internal Assessment. Visibility: Separate component in ERP (AccSoft) under internal marks.
Report Format for Students Students must prepare a handwritten report on loose sheets, using both sides. No file cover or front page needed. Student Name, Roll Number, Course & Semester Module Title, Activity Dates Activity Title and Brief Description (200 words) Skills Learned (3–5 words) Student and Faculty Signatures
Important Notes for Report Preparation Reports must follow the given format. Handwritten on loose sheets. Use both sides of sheets. No file cover or front page required.
