Student Club & Organization Leadership Training Spring 2016 Online Training Module Review & Requirements
Based on feedback provided by student club members, SGA has determined that student leadership trainings will be hosted as online training modules. There will be three training modules required to be completed in order to keep your CampusVine account and financial approvals active. Module #1 – “Financial SOPs” Module #2 – “Club Bylaws” Module #3 – “Event Planning” There will be three additional trainings to be completed each month: Module #4 – February “Transitioning Leadership” Module #5 – March “Title IX” Module #6 – April “Ethical Leadership” Mandatory Student Leadership Training
Club Registration – Spring 2016 All student club executive board members to meet with the SGA Administrative Coordinator, Tiffany Rodriguez, no later than February 8, 2016 to complete registration on CampusVine and review spring 2016 programming requirements. Note: Clubs are no longer required to have faculty/staff advisors. You will be required to have faculty or staff members oversee off-campus travel including events and conferences, as well as events for which building management and oversight is needed. Refer to the SGA Financial SOP’s for more detail.
