Donnison SOCIAL WELFARE ADMINISTRATION “Social welfare administration is a process of efficiently providing resources and service to meet the needs of individuals, groups & communities to facilitate social relationship and adjustment necessary to social functioning”.

4. OBJECTIVES To understand the organisational and administrative structure of social welfare programme at each and every level of implementing organization. To provide effective social welfare services to the needy and suffering. To be cognizant of the importance of public relations with regard to both their own agency and its services, and the community as a whole. To conduct research and evaluation studies on the on-going projects and about the different dimensions of existing social problems.
