2. Health and Nutritional Status Number of learners by health status, S.Y. 2019-2020 In the primary grade, 1.58% (5 out of 317) fall outside the normal health status. On the other hand, 3.72% (8 out of 215) of Grade 4-6 pupils fall outside the normal status.
