II. Based on your SWOT analysis, answer the following:
1.Why should your institution go to ODL (or technology enhanced learning)? How does it support our mission?

Many threats have emerged, it is imperative upon us to adapt and respond to these threats. Providing quality and accessible
education behooves us to seek for alternatives which will benefit the institution and its clients. By utilizing ODL, we will be
able to deliver the demands of the educational ecosystem in a highly volatile, uncertain, confusing, and ambiguous time.
2.Who would be your target learners?
Learners within the locality and neighboring regions/municipalities.
3.What would be the focus of your ODL programs in terms of subject areas and program level (i.e., undergraduate, graduate)?
What modes of delivery will you adopt for these programs?
Basic education, undergraduate and graduate studies must integrate ODL into its system. It will utilize flexible- distance
learning. Asynchronous and synchronous classes will be observed.
4.What challenges do you anticipate? How do you propose to address them?
Hesitation and reluctance of some faculty, including the target learners. We can address this by clearly stating the vision,
mission, and goals of this paradigm shift. All subsystems must be working effectively and efficiently to address these threats
and weaknesses, thus, minimizing hesitation and reluctance.
