Inferences
Positives of tower typology segregation - This helps when the access can be restricted and narrowed to single
point where more isnt required, like Spira and Nova not having entry points from within the mall, and rather
from their parking zones. Integration of an MLCP within the G+2 range of the shopping mall further helps in not
mix-matching circulation between office/residents and the visitors.
Podium design - A commercial zone is viable when its public friendly with its own access and parking facilities.
The same rooftop being utilised for office and residential amenities pushes for optimal usage.
3 points of access - Commercial, Residential and Offices has been provided with separate parking helps in
segregation.
Core Design makes for easy understanding of the circulation, as well as for structural viability as the tower
stretch 30-80 floors above.
Supernova Spira, being the tallest tower with 80 floors, ideally uses its circular form as a maximum usage with 4
skyvillas on each floor beyond its services, which acts as a selling point while at its core, being aerodynamically
viable.
being at the heart of the city, it contributes to the skyline while also being sensitive to its surroundings,
providing ample surrounding views.
