3. تَبَـٰرَكَ Blessed is (he) ٱلَّذِى Who بِيَدِهِ In Whose hand ٱلْمُلْكُ (is) the Dominion وَهُوَ And He عَلَىٰ (is) over كُلِّ every شَىْءٍ thing قَدِيرٌ All-Powerful. Happy Land for Islamic Teachings
