ABSTRACT The integrates GPS tracking, real-time location monitoring, and emergency alert features, enabling parents to maintain awareness of their child's whereabouts. Utilizing Bluetooth technology and a mobile application, caregivers can receive instant notifications in case of unauthorized movements or emergencies. The device's user-friendly interface ensures ease of use for both children and parents, promoting a sense of security without compromising comfort. Future enhancements may include biometric sensors and integration with smart home systems, expanding the device functionality in safeguarding children.

INTRODUCTION In today’s world, violent act against the children has increased unprecedently and the victims are found in dangerous conditions, where they cannot take the cell phone to contact the family members or police. The key idea planned in this paper is based on an advanced technology that offers “Smart Child Safety” to safeguard the children and this planned structure will be highly effective from other existing techniques in helping the victims. The device obtains IOT monitoring and GSM module keeps monitoring the children anytime. The method has sensors and interfaced with the processor, which keeps sensing the vibrant signals such as beat rate, temperature, etc.

EXISTING SYSTEM The major advantage of this device is that it can be used on any mobile phone and doesn't essentially want an exclusive mobile phone to operate. Therefore, the focus of this work is to have an SMS text conversation between the child's wearable and the parent as the environment for GSM mobile communication is almost existing universally. The aim of the device is to help parent locate their children with ease. This also provides an SMS enabled communication medium between children and parent GSM mobile. More real time precise location of the child upon selecting will afford direction to the child’s location, so the parent can keep track .

PROPOSED SYSTEM Schematic representation of the proposed approach is specified in Fig (below Slide).Arduino UNO – Atmega 328p microcontroller performance like an entrenched calculating device and it reins the actions of all the subsystems. It is being interfaced with all the other modules of the device such as Heartbeat and a temperature sensor, MEMS accelerometer, PS and GSM Module and also with IoT Module. The number of times the heart beats per minute (BPM), is referred as heart beat rate and the beat of the heart that can be sensed in any artery that deceits close to the skin is the pulse, and is determined by heartbeat sensor. GPS stands for "Global Positioning System.“ GPS is a satellite navigation system used to locate the position of any location. IoT devices are realized with both hardware and software modules. Particular hardware components are used to appliance the interface with the physical world, and in turn it performs tasks which are more computationally complex.
