-Offer one-on-one
coaching sessions
for teachers to

guidance in
implementing

in their classrooms.
-Facilitate peer
mentoring
opportunities where
experienced
teachers can share
best practices,
provide feedback,
and collaborate on
refining
instructional
strategies to
effectively
contextualize
learning standards.
-Guide teachers in
analyzing student
data to assess the
effectiveness of
their instructional
practices in meeting
learning standards
and addressing
student needs.
-Encourage teachers to
reflect on their
teaching
experiences,
identify areas for
improvement, and
develop action
plans for further
enhancing the
contextualization of
learning standards
in their classrooms.
-Implement a system for
gathering feedback from
teachers, students,
parents, and other
stakeholders to assess
the impact of the
technical assistance plan
and identify areas for
improvement.
-Use evaluation data to
refine and adjust the
plan to better meet the
evolving needs of
teachers and students in
effectively
contextualizing and
implementing learning
standards.
-Teachers will
be able to
create their
own
contextualize
d materials
for learners at
risk.
-Submit a
reflection/jou
rnal entry that
narrates the
impact of the
implemented
materials to

performance
of the
