2. Agent of change Agent of change or change agent is someone who is able to change another person using various techniques and method . Teaches have the ability to make someone else a better person.

Classroom is the place where students from different places and culture sit together under one roof . The arise a lot of problems, so a teacher can solve the problems through counselling and other processes. Without doubt, teachers of quality will be the best agents of change.

10. National builder Teachers are the national builders of our country, they are the providers of knowledge and wisdom . They are the basis source of education for most of the people of the country and they are ones who build the future of the nation. They have the ability and strength to fight the odds and make the country powerful . A nation is built by citizens, citizens are moulded by teachers . Chanakya states that “teachers is the maker of nation” . Teachers through their perseverance love and sacrifices have shown us the right path in which great men built the nation.

During the early education the students tend to determine their aim in life and their future plans, in the consultation with their teacher . Teaching as a profession is probably the most challenging because it combine all the other professions in order to help a child grow. The teachers are selflessly and courageously chosen the path where they will always be working for the mankind and for its good. The leaders of today are getting the leaders of tomorrow . The role of a teacher at multi faceted comprising academic, pedagogical, social roles. 1 . Academic role – includes teaching, counselling, supervisory roles. 2. Pedagogical role - instructional, evaluation, facilitating . 3. Social role – prepare the pupils to participate in the way of life in the society.

The development of a country, great attention has to be paid to education and learning as well as good morals, nobody is more suited to this process than a humble teacher
