Next steps (for schools with excess in the Division of Quezon) Unfilled Teacher CTIs have been requested for transfer to schools with shortages for approval. Those with more than one CTI with needs in SHS have been allocated SHS. Unfilled excess JHS with enough SHS will be transferred to schools with shortages. If there is a Special Curriculum Program (SCP), the proposed class size will also be considered. For previous annex schools with newly created items, the annex may now proceed to return the item gradually to the mother school if it is now excess or has enough. However, if the mother school is still in excess, the item will be transferred to schools with shortages. For schools with excess teachers, whether elementary or high school, the transfer of teachers shall be done using the last-in, first-out principle. Any teacher who wishes to be transferred will be considered. For JHS, specialization will be considered. Those who received SHS teachers, even if they have excess in JHS, their JHS item will also be affected. Overload shall be considered once the TRA has been taken into account.
This is not official… but
Next steps (for schools with excess in the Division of Quezon) Another issuance will be released, including those schools with excess teachers that need to transfer their items.
