Teacher is someone who carriers either positive or negative behavior
toward students. A teacher carries a big responsibility in the classroom,
one reason is that all students depend on him/her.
A strong teacher student relationship can make all the difference in how
successful a student is. When the student likes and respect the teacher
he/she will be more willing to learn from them. When a teacher likes
and respects a student he/she is more likely to get a positive response
from the student and therefore making the student more successful.
A teacher need to enlarge his/her general knowledge on culture ,
society, humanity , psychology , methodology , politics , history , etc .To
provide his/her students with what they need to know , satisfy their
curiosity and meet their requirements in any case.
A good teacher can create a warm and protective environment inside
and outside the classroom but at the same time professional.
The importance of having a good teacher student relationship inside the
classroom, not only to improve the quality of education but for the
overall development of the students character and personality. Also
helps students feel loved and capable, motivates them to do their best.
Students can share their problems and difficulties with mature teachers
outside the classroom and get effective solution.
We can see that teachers take a big responsibility on students life, for
example a good teacher student relationship makes (prepare) a healthy
student and have a positive effect on students life. Vice versa bad
(careless) teachers have a negative effect on students personality.
