An Effective TLM TLMs are not just for teachers. 1. Need not be created and used by the teacher only . Unless TLM is “By the learners, for the learners & of the learners ” it becomes just a decorative showpiece. Give children a chance & try to learn from them. There is no teaching until pupil is a given a chance to interchange the role with a teacher.
