6. Communicate Clearly with others . Articulate clearly your ideas or though . Use communication for a range of purposes (e.g. to inform, instruct, motivate, and persuade) .

7. C ollaboration

8. Is the ability to work effectively with others in a respectful way. Willingness to help others. Shared responsibility for collaborative work, and value every member's contribution in the group.

10. Use a wide range of idea creation techniques . Create new thing and ideas . Innovative things . Be open and responsive to new and diverse perspectives .
