2. The AIM model is a tool designed to capture how individuals are currently using, and how they intend to use, digital technology in teaching and learning. They are split into six dimensions of teaching and learning and are designed to be used in 3 stages: A nalysis stage to understand current practice I ntention stage to reflect on changes and to create movement along the dimensions M easure stage to summarise progress ands suggest next steps
