Specifically: In reading, learners classified as “Emerging,” “Developing,” and “Transitioning” (Key Stage 1) and “Frustration” and “Instructional” (Key Stages 2-3); In mathematics, learners are classified as “Not Proficient,” “Low Proficient,” and “Nearly Proficient.”
