The importance of entrepreneurship and an entrepreneurial mindset for individuals, organisations, businesses and society as a whole, is growing! Entrepreneurship is defined as a cross-cutting skill it is increasingly important to build and improve the entrepreneurial capacity of each individual. The good news is that entrepreneurial skills, knowledge and attitudes can be learned through the development of an entrepreneurial mindset and culture, which benefits individuals and society as a whole

The innovative startup It is a young company, with a high technological content, with strong growth potential and for this reason it represents one of the key points of Italian industrial policy. How does a startup work? A startup works like other companies: it creates a product that customers will buy. The difference between the startup and other businesses is the way it does it. Companies replicate a product that has already been made before, i.e. they start from an already existing model. To be defined as a startup, a company must not only be in the initial phase of its life cycle, but must respect certain characteristics such as: scalability, replicability, temporariness and innovation
