Introduction Sleep time should always be between 7 and 9 hours each night (Weaver et al., 2021). Daily engagements like screen time affect sleeping time. This situation causes healthy living challenges, including systemic diseases (Weaver et al., 2021). Poor sleep also hinders productivity.

Sleep Importance Sleeping enough time promotes emotional stability (Mehta, 2022 ). Sleep increases memory functioning abilities. Sleep enhances concentration (Mehta, 2022). With improved concentration, learning becomes easier.

Conclusion Necessary changes should include creating bedtime schedules. There should be environmental adjustments (Weaver et al., 2021). Caffeine intake reduction before sleep is also preferable. People should reduce screen exposure time before sleeping (Weaver et al., 2021).
