The progress and change of social life that is fast paced, is a new challenge or problem in the world of education. How should we prepare our students so that they are able to face this modern life and how they can develop it. Therefore the curriculum should be made and designed relevant to the challenges of technological and scientific progress. The teacher as a facilitator must be able to utilize electronic equipment facilities to make the learning process effective, then the teacher must also be able to choose methods, strategies and learning models that are suitable for teaching needs, and many more problems in education that will never run out because the challenges of life will also always change and develop. To answer all these challenges or problems, it is necessary to have an educational innovation. PENDAHULUAN
Innovation comes from the Latin word, innovation which means renewal and change. The verb is inovo which means to renew and change. Innovation is a new change that leads to improvement; other or different from the previous one, which was done intentionally and planned (not by accident). The terms change and renewal have differences and similarities. The difference, if there is an element of renewal on purpose. The equation, which both have new or different elements from before. The renewal of education itself is a new change and qualitatively different from the (previous) thing and deliberately sought to improve the ability to achieve certain goals in education. To know clearly the difference between innovation and change, let's look at the definition revealed by Nichols (1983: 4). Definition Of Innovation

The field of law and legislation in the context of decentralized education is crucial because it is a management control device that determines the content and extent of authority and responsibility in the implementation of each field that is being decentralized. The renewal of the structure of educational institutions in the regions needs to pay attention to three main things, namely the authority, abilities, and needs of each region based on democratization, empowerment, and public services in the field of education. He conducted an experiment he called suggestology ( suggestopedia ). The principle is that suggestions can and surely affect the outcome of a learning situation, and every detail gives positive or negative suggestions. To get positive suggestions, several techniques are used. Students in the class are made comfortable. Music was installed, their participation pushed further.
