Timand Bates

With a rich background in education and leadership, Timand Bates has

programs. He earned an M.A. in Teaching of English from Teachers
College, Columbia University, and a B.A. in Languages and Literature
from Bard College.

As the Program Manager for the Open Society University Network,
Timand Bates oversaw a substantial grant, enhancing global online
