10. Alasan pilih kampus tujuan I intend to pursue a master of education at Monash University . I ts p rogram is the most suitable for me to achieve my mission. I am keen to joining M onash University because its department is one of the best with Dr Fiona Longmuir, who teaches one of the subjects such as Leading educational improvement which could fit my proposed thesis. It is well explained by the fact that he carried out a study in 2016 in which he used phenemenological research to know teachers' experiences in Australia which is quite similar to my proposed researh where i would investigate the experiences of pre-service teachers in Indonesia, i hope i could ask many things about my researh project. 11. Penutup This master degree can also be a milestone to continue my Ph.D in the future. I believe that after graduating from Monash University in Educational Leadership , I would implement the knowledge and understandings that I will have gained at M onash University to become a qualified lecturer for Insitut Parahikma Indonesia as well as Islamic Education Management department.
